One size fits from approx 2 mo. to approx 12 + months, 10 m. to 24 mo. and 12 mo to 36 mo.....just by rolling or unrolling the pant cuffs or waistband as the baby grows. There is no front or back and the gentle yoga style waistband can be pulled up to baby's underarm, to keep warm, comfy and cozy on cool evenings! Plus the pant has an extra wide & low bum area that will accommodate the added bulk that comes from cloth & disposable diapers.
